Products are covered by Wolflube’s 2 (Two) years Limited Warranty and Return Policy unless otherwise specified. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days.

Items must be shipped back to the Wolflube Equipment LLC Returns Department with a copy of the original invoice and a detailed explanation of the alleged defect or reason of the return. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be obtained before shipping anything back to Wolflube; any merchandise without an RMA number written on the outside of the carrier package will be refused. Items must arrive at Wolflube warehouse no later than 15 consecutive days of the original RMA issuance date. To obtain an RMA number please contact us at 786-250-5268.

Manufacturer’s Defective

The warranty does not cover misuse, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, liquid damage, normal wear and tear use of the product, or other acts which are not the responsibility of the product manufacturer. Upon receipt of a manufacturer’s defective product in a satisfactory condition (all original parts included), the product will be tested and repaired if necessary. In the unlikely event a product is not repairable; a replacement will be provided. Products may be replaced with one of like quality and value.

Buyer’s Remorse

Buyer’s remorse policy will apply for the first 30 days from invoice date. Buyer will be charged with a 20% restocking fee on all items returned to Wolflube. The returned items must be in their original packaging box along with all paperwork and accessories in conditions suitable for resale (including packaging box).

Items must be in like-new condition with no sign of physical or liquid damage to be covered under Buyer’s Remorse policy. Buyer will cover all the expenses, including but not limited to shipping, taxes and fees, to return the product(s) to Wolflube. Buyer will have to choose between a credit with Wolflube or product exchange. For credit, a Credit Memo will be issued with the total amount returned and accepted minus the 20% restocking fee. For product exchange, all costs related to shipping must be paid by the customer and the 20% restocking fee will still apply. The original item must be received in Wolflube’s warehouse prior to the replacement/exchange is sent.
